Haystack Soap and Home want to ensure you have a great shopping experience, if you continue to use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:
Disclaimer: The soaps are handmade in small batches and use only pure essential oils for scent and natural ingredients for colour and nutrient properties. There will be slight imperfections and variations as compared to those featured in the photos.
Each soap bar weights approx. 105-110 grams, yet there may be variations outside of these depending on the ingredients used. Labels containing a full list of ingredients are provided on the back of each soap.
Products and Services: All product and service prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Returns and Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item or if the item is damaged upon receipt, contact Haystack Soap and Home within 7 days of delivery and items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.
All shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. We will not accept an exchange if upon inspection the item/s is used or damaged. For tracking purposes, we suggest you return the item/s via registered post. We hold no responsibility for items that go missing during transit.
Once your item/s are returned and inspected, we will notify you via email it has been received.
Refunds and Cancellations: We do not accept exchanges or cancellations, however please contact us if you have any issues with your order.
Shipping: Shipping is via Australia Post Parcel Post. Should you provide inaccurate shipping information, the buyer will be responsible for any additional costs and timeframes associated with reshipping, damaged or lost goods.
Shipment Tracking: Orders are shipped with a tracking number and this number will be provided to the buyer upon being shipped. It is the buyer’s responsibility to monitor the status.
